Aurora Ozone Hotel Kangaroo Island

Location was central for travelling around the island. View was very relaxing. Sitting outside on small balcony, beautiful wrens would visit. Rooms were spacious. Shower a little small for tall people but manageable. Had washing machine & dryer if needed. All detergents/teatowels etc will be found in the laundry. We were on lower level, had about 10 steps you needed to climb but again manageable.

Beautiful historical hotel in excellent condition and in a great location overlooking the sea. Our room had wonderful morning views of the sunrise. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The reception staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful.

The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the basic room we requested was perfect as we were out all day so didn't need a more expensive room. Downstairs we had the restaurant and the food was exceptional with the main focus on the steak which was exceptional, so good we ordered it 3 days in a row. Literally nothing to complain about our stay.

The hotel is in a super convenient location, right by the sea, at the centre of Kingscote. The rooms are spread out across different buildings, and this gives it a homely vibe. There's a Drakes and some cafes, and restaurants right next door. The cleanliness is pretty good—the beds are nice and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped and reasonably tidy too. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was lovely and we had a nice view of the water.
